A friend of mine who is low income is suffering in 90 degree heat with no air conditioning. She has just fans, which do virtually nothing in a brick house. She can't affoard to get her central A/C unit fixed. She and her pets are getting sick in the intense heat. Is there any service that can help low income people with this kind of thing?
