Electric Garage Door Opener
My electric garage door opener has quit working. Whenever the control is pushed (wireless remote or hardwired switch) the door will begin its motion for approx 4 -6 inches (opening or closing) then stop and return to the previous position. If I hold the hardwired switch in while the door is operating, it will *sometimes* work properly as long as I keep the hardwired switch depressed. In an effort to diagnose the cause, I've jumped the door blockage sensors, and the symptoms don't change. FWIW, the door opener is a approx 5 year old Stanley TT200 A05 chain drive model.
